The goal of the Homewood Children's Ministry is not to fill our families schedules with more activities, but to partner with parents in leading their children to know, love and follow Jesus Christ. We provide age appropriate worship and learning experiences. We strive to teach and give kids opportunities to serve others. In all that we do, we want to see families and individuals of all ages forming relationships of encouragement, mentoring and outreach.

We are dedicated to providing a safe atmosphere for our children and students to learn and grow in their faith. One way to provide that space is to have our volunteers go through a background check.
We provide a loving and safe environment during our morning worship service and class time. We want your child to build trusting relationships and experience a sense of belonging.
Our nursery ministry is a secure area where your child is greeted by loving and smiling faces every Sunday morning. Nursery is offered during our Sunday morning worship service for children birth to 3K.
Bible classes are offered for children after worship on Sunday mornings - 9:50am - 10:30am.
Our children's worship, which takes place during Sunday morning worship, is geared for 4K-1st grade, with Bible classes to follow. We also have classes offered on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.
Pre-teens face different challenges and a lot of changes over a few years. The goal of our tween ministry is to promote our 4th-5th graders with building solid and Godly peer and adult relationships. These students are provided with unique service and social activities to help prepare them for the transition into our student ministry.
